Terms and Conditions

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account. We may suspend or close accounts that are fake, misleading, or created to abuse the platform.

2. Club Membership — $1.99/month

The optional Club Membership costs $1.99 per month and is billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the membership page — your membership benefits, including the verified checkmark, remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Verified checkmark

Active members receive a blue verified checkmark next to their name, Facebook/Instagram style, shown everywhere they appear on the platform while subscribed. If your membership ends, the checkmark is removed. Accounts verified manually by our team keep their checkmark regardless of membership status.

4. Marketplace

Only verified members on an active monthly plan may post products for sale on the marketplace. Listings must be legal, accurately described, and genuinely available. Prohibited items and scams will be removed and may lead to account suspension. Black Wall State is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

5. Live streaming and gifts

Anyone may go live. However, only verified members on an active monthly plan can receive gifts and tips from viewers. Gifts sent to a streamer are voluntary and non-refundable. We may remove streams or disable gifting for accounts that violate these terms.

6. Creator like-rewards

Verified members on an active monthly plan earn $0.0025 for every like their posts receive. Earnings accumulate in the member's wallet and cannot be cashed out until the earnings balance reaches at least $10.00. Cash-out requests are reviewed and paid manually by our team — there are no automatic payouts. Attempts to farm rewards with fake likes, bots, or coordinated abuse will result in forfeited earnings and account suspension.

7. Coins and wallet

Coins purchased through the platform are non-refundable, have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may only be used for platform features such as gifts. The only way to receive money out of the platform is through an approved like-earnings payout as described above.

8. Acceptable content and conduct

You agree not to post or share: harassment or threats; hate speech; sexually explicit content involving minors (zero tolerance — report it and we will act); illegal content or activity; spam, scams, or misleading impersonation; or content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you create. By posting on Black Wall State, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.

10. Limitation of liability

Black Wall State is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for content posted by users, for transactions between users, or for interruptions to the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
