Black Wall State
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026 · Version 1.0
Black Wall State (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a social community where members share posts, reels, stories, live streams, and messages. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Black Wall State — on the web or in our mobile apps — you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: username, display name, email address, and your encrypted password when you sign up.
- Profile information: bio, avatar photo, location, website, and other details you choose to add.
- Content you post: posts, comments, photos, videos, reels, stories, live streams, messages, and marketplace listings. Other members can see the content you choose to share.
- Usage information: pages you visit, features you use, likes, follows, and interactions — used to run and improve the service.
- Device information: device type, operating system, and app version, used for troubleshooting and compatibility.
- Push notification tokens: if you enable notifications, we store a device token so we can deliver them.
2. Payments, coins, and gifts
Black Wall State uses a virtual currency (“coins”) for gifts, memberships, and rewards. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number — card details go directly to the payment provider, which handles them under its own privacy policy. We keep records of your coin balance, purchases, and payouts so we can credit your account correctly.
3. How we use your information
- To operate your account and deliver the features you use.
- To show your content to the audience you choose.
- To keep the community safe — including reviewing reported content and enforcing our Terms.
- To send service messages (security alerts, payout updates) and, with your permission, push notifications.
- To understand how the app is used and fix bugs.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but signing out will require you to log in again.
5. Sharing your information
- Other members: your profile, posts, and public activity are visible as described in the app. Direct messages are visible only to the people in the conversation.
- Service providers: hosting, payment processing, video streaming, and push delivery vendors who help us run the service — each bound to protect your data.
- Safety and legal: we may disclose information when needed to investigate abuse, protect members, or comply with a court order or law.
6. Your choices and controls
- Edit or delete your profile information at any time in Settings.
- Delete your own posts, comments, reels, and stories.
- Block members — blocking hides your content from each other in both directions.
- Report content or members you believe violate our Terms.
- Turn push notifications on or off in Notification Settings or your device settings.
- Contact us to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account (see Section 9).
7. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and content within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (such as payout history).
8. Children
Black Wall State is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Contact us

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform grows. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and version above, and continued use of Black Wall State after a change means you accept the updated policy.
